“The delivery to my house was excellent and the driver used his forklift to place the pallet exactly where I wanted it in the garage. The logs are easily broken into smaller pieces when starting the fire. I have no complaints.”

“Excellent service from Bioglow. I live off shore and they delivered no problem and free of delivery charge. The eco logs arrived on a pallet which the delivery driver offloaded in a safe place next to my house. A lot of the bags were torn open and rain was forecast and the driver even covered the entire pallet load of stuff with a giant polybag until I could move them undercover. The blocks are easy to use and burn really well. They are a bit dusty and with the split bags I always had to clean up after decanting them to the fireplace. This doesn't bother me at all, but some people might find them messy. The blocks burn for about an hour. I use a mixture of the sawdust blocks and pallets that I source from the industrial estate 32 miles away. I used my winter fuel allowance from the government to buy the blocks and I am hoping that by using pallets as well, I will be able to have my stove lit all day. It's January now and I've had this delivery since November. So far, so good. No complaints at all.”

“I live in Orkney on one of the outer isles- fuel costs here are obscene. I was quoted locally over £1000 for a pallet of heatlogs that last year cost under £500, and are still around £700 'south'. I ordered a pallet of heatlogs from Bioglow, to be delivered to a depot for onward delivery. They were brilliant - not only the price (including delivery 60% of what I would pay locally) but their attention to making the delivery work, communication etc was first rate. A week later a pallet arrived, dry, well packaged and exactly as described. Really recomment and will use again. Thanks.”

“Only 3* because I bought them for both open fire and Woodburner. They are fine for the Woodburner but no good for an open fire. As they heat up they split and fall out of the fireplace. The cost is also so much more than we’ve paid in the past. I’ll probably get wood logs next time.”

“Ordering and delivery no problems with either, however, the product, Nestro wood briquettes, burn easy, burn hot, and burn out quickly, no wonder the sample package was not availability, how convenient. Will never buy Nestro wood briquettes again, the pack with 11 briquettes, so disappointed, it's false advertising.”

We're so sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. It sounds like the Nestro Wood Briquettes did not meet your expectations in that they burned quickly and weren't available in a sample package. We understand how this would leave you feeling disappointed, and we want to ensure your satisfaction moving forward as well as that of other customers. To extend burning time, it's recommended to turn down the air inflow into your wood stove. This will supply less air and slow down burning. Sample packs were temporarily unavailable in Ireland because we moved to a new parcel warehouse near Dublin. All sample packs are now available again. If you'd like a free sample pack of any other product, please let us know. I hope this helps and addresses some of the issues; we are indeed sorry for the disappointing experience and will aim to do better next time.
