“I purchase these thinking they were the white type I had purchased previously, unfortunately they are not. They contain very sharp splintered wood and tend to fall apart when opened. They burn quicker with less heat output.I have over 7 years burning compressed sawdust.”

Dear customer, your order is as of today Thursday 16 March with your local delivery depot who will contact you to arrange a date. We always instruct the depot to contact the customer before delivery to make sure someone is in to receive it and avoid damage from the weather. I apologise that on this occasion this was not done in time. The depot will typically offer next working day delivery.

This order has now been delivered. The delay was due to there being no answer on the number provided when the depot initially called to arrange delivery. Thank you for your business.

“Was relieved to get fuel for fire! Thankyou! Delivery man was exceptional as he took a small lifter down the drive - three tries to get it right! Hats off to him! Supposed it was all sustainable, but despite it being packaged in two layers of plastic(🤨) the rain still got in and some of it has had to go into my compost heap. It’s great in the house - no mess taking it to the fire and not TOO much ash below the grate, but not thinking I will re-order.”

“Normally well pleased with product and service level. The quality of the product in my last order was not as good as normal. In addition the pallet used for this (one ton) was not adequate. The wood broke and the pallet collapsed in the delivery lorry and this gave the driver problems with a heavy spilt pallet inside the lorry.”

“I asked Mr. Google about timber briquettes as the ones I'd got before were no longer in stock so Mr. Google sent me to Bioglow. Thank you Mr. Google. I got two pallets with different types of wood briquettes on each - both are brilliant, burn hot, respond to air vent adjustments and produce only a tiny amount of ash. Service and delivery were prompt, friendly and professional and I will be back, but it won't be soon as the briquettes last most terribly well.”
