Ordering and delivery no problems with either, however, the product, Nestro wood briquettes, burn easy, burn hot, and burn out quickly, no wonder the sample package was not availability, how convenient. Will never buy Nestro wood briquettes again, the pack with 11 briquettes, so disappointed, it's false advertising.

It sounds like the Nestro Wood Briquettes did not meet your expectations in that they burned quickly and weren't available in a sample package. We understand how this would leave you feeling disappointed, and we want to ensure your satisfaction moving forward as well as that of other customers. To extend burning time, it's recommended to turn down the air inflow into your wood stove. This will supply less air and slow down burning. Sample packs were temporarily unavailable in Ireland because we moved to a new parcel warehouse near Dublin. All sample packs are now available again. If you'd like a free sample pack of any other product, please let us know. I hope this helps and addresses some of the issues; we are indeed sorry for the disappointing experience and will aim to do better next time.
just received Oak Nestro Wood Briquettes put one on log burner shut air vents down by three quarters lasted one hour no where near the times listed. expensive.

Worst crate of oak I have ever purchased, looked like it had been wet wood before being dried. It was filthy and only stacked 3 rows deep instead of the usual 4 rows. Needles to say that I will not be buying from them again anytime soon. I contacted the firm and they said that they would put a £20 credit on my account which obviously I am not going to use as their wood is terrible.

Product ok but delivery awful, no advanced phone call, the driver couldn’t get up the drive even though I have had 70 previous drivers who could! He dumped 2 ton bags on the road and left a 70 year old man (me) to transport 196 15kg up a 45m drive in the dark and it was raining. He didn’t even apologise, just drove off. Awful

We apologise for the unacceptable delivery. If you are willing to give us another opportunity to supply you, we can use a different haulier. We can also keep a close eye on the delivery ETA and make sure you have the information to meet the driver; we have operators on hand throughout the day to assist customers. Any customer with a difficult delivery location is encouraged to contact us in advance so we can make arrangements with their local depot.
When I ordered a full pallet of briquettes I requested that the delivery driver back into my drive. This request was accepted by Bioglow. My drive is over 3m wide and HGV lorries similar to this delivery vehicle having accessed my drive in the past with no difficulty the delivery driver refused to back in and left the pallet in a dangerous position next to the A68, a 60mph carriageway. He did not call me before arriving and the first I was aware he had arrived was seeing the driver from my window when he had already unloaded the pallet. After speaking to the driver I went indoors to get my phone so that I could call Bioglow to confirm that they had agreed on the access arrangements, when I came out the driver had gone. I am 75 years of age and my drive is 45m long. Had Bioglow advised that my request to deliver into my drive I would not have placed this order.

Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear about the bad experience you had. Nothing was notified to us after delivery, although we always take steps to resolve a complaint as soon as possible. Any issues can be reported on our customer hotline 01 539 5667 or by email at info@bioglow.ie. It would appear that the goods you ordered were exposed to moisture during delivery and became unusable as a result. A full refund has been processed to your account. We will be in touch to confirm whether your matter has been resolved. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If I could give them a 0 I would. I purchased ruff briquettes. The delivery company left the order on the road and took off. Didn't try and knock and ask where we would like the order put down. Most of the order was not packaged! It was apparent that it had been this way for awhile, as briquettes where separating and falling apart. I contacted the company to let them know of my displeasure and the said they would send me a new bag they where developing, that was eco-friendly.

I ordered a half pallet of fuel logs and what turned up was a mix of 2020 stock (dated labels were in some of the packs) and some recent stock. The old stock was expanded pre burning burned less well and was difficult to manage in the fireplace. I won't be getting them again.
