I ordered 2 pallets of bagged oak logs.
The order arrived on 3 pallets as one of the pallets had dropped its load at the warehouse & had to be redistributed.
About one third of the bags were broken open. The logs themselves were filthy, as though they had been left at the back of a shed for years. Now each time I carry & lift the logs my hands & clothes become filthy.
Unfortunate, sending in this review will do nothing to salvage the mess I am left with.
The initial experience while making my order was very satisfactory & helpful.
