Really bad experience from this company. They do not deliver the product but outsource the delivery. 7 working days before the delivery was scheduled. Then the delivery company expect you to stay in from 8am to 5pm for delivery. This despite an assurance from Bio that they had contacted the delivery company to ensure the delivery would be in the morning. The delivery company denies any contact was made; but the delivery company is another outsourced company from the one contacted by Bioglow. It is a nightmarish labyrinth of poor service. Never ordering from this group again.
