I have used Bioglow before and found to to good, However this time the delivery was poor. We were told the delivery was on its way on Monday, but could not track it so we did not know when. We had a phone call on wednsday to say it would delivered on Thursday between 9am and 5.00. The delivery arrived at 2pm on Thursday on a large riggid lorry which was difficult for the driver to reach our property. Many of the pacages were damaged making them less lightly to store well.
