Excellent service from Bioglow. I live off shore and they delivered no problem and free of delivery charge. The eco logs arrived on a pallet which the delivery driver offloaded in a safe place next to my house. A lot of the bags were torn open and rain was forecast and the driver even covered the entire pallet load of stuff with a giant polybag until I could move them undercover. The blocks are easy to use and burn really well. They are a bit dusty and with the split bags I always had to clean up after decanting them to the fireplace. This doesn't bother me at all, but some people might find them messy. The blocks burn for about an hour. I use a mixture of the sawdust blocks and pallets that I source from the industrial estate 32 miles away. I used my winter fuel allowance from the government to buy the blocks and I am hoping that by using pallets as well, I will be able to have my stove lit all day. It's January now and I've had this delivery since November. So far, so good. No complaints at all.
