Bioglow is a good company to deal with. Delivery, is quick and efficient. My one observation would be that delivery companies must offer the option of small delivery vehicles because, surely, many customers with wood-burning stoves live out in the sticks, down narrow country lanes and tracks. I suggest Bioglow look at this issue as it could prevent customers, like me, from re-ordering what is a good product. For information, Currys delivered two large fridges last week in a small van with a lift on the back - no problem at all. Bioglow should insist that their delivery companies employ a similar vehicle.
