Agree with many other reviewers that plastic packaging of RUF bricks was atrocious..not suitable for weight/continual movement of bricks on/off pallets....and the delivery process obviously needs to be addressed. Plus any response by email to resolve the issue was ONLY ever at my prompting..no customer 'service' at all. Emails offered sending a replacement load or sending cardboard boxes or a roll of shrink wrap put all the onus on ME to rectify the problem of 18 broken bags out of 24, having explained that I was physically unable to keep lifting/moving broken packages, and that the damaged items would need to be removed before any replacements could be received. Four weeks later, I've given up...much to someone's relief no doubt.
