I ordered the fuel and did not hear anything for a week, at which point I called Bioglow and they said it was with the courier. The wood turned up a couple of days later with no notification, but thankfully I work from home and was in. However, I have been using heat logs for a few years and have ordered Pini Kay before from another company, but these were the best heat logs I've had so far. A good density log and slow-burning, with excellent amounts of heat. Excellent for a small open fire.
