There were some issues with delivery times being very vague, but the team at customer services were very helpful in trying to sort it out. I think it was the delivery company that wasn't reliable. The wood briquettes/firelogs we bought were cheaper than others we have tried, and not as good, unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Very messy and they leave a lot of ash and dust once burnt. We wouldn't buy them again.
