Excellent product ... only problem is the delivery which was left on the road because I have a gravel driveway ... would recommend BioGlow arrange with haulage company to have a way of conveying the heat logs/ wood logs for customers over gravel ... A simple swing mechanism would do it ... thanks .. JB
