1. The delivery service was very prompt and the driver was most helpful.
2. The plastic packaging is very good though not recyclable
3. The briquettes annoyingly crumble very easily.
4. The briquettes burn very very quickly as they are made from softwood as opposed to
hardwood ones which we have had from other suppliers, in itself this not a problem but it
does result in using at the very least twice as many when compared to hardwood.
