The pellets are excellent with very little dust, the price is very good esp with free delivery which is a huge bonus in this Post Code for anything delivered. I like the 15kg bags rather than 10kg as it means less handling though the bags are a little flimsy and three were leaking pellets on delivery. Delivery was slow compared to local supplier but quite acceptable considering my location and the van driver who delivered, Angus the manager from Menzies Oban depot, was really excellent in even helping to unload and stack the two full pallets. Tracking worked fairly well and I was satisfied with notification of the delivery date and time. All in all I am very happy with the product and service.
