I've been using Bioglow for many years now and have always received excellent products (mostly oak logs) and superb service. The delivery company they use is also highly recommended - the drivers have to reverse a large tail-lift lorry 300 metres down the tiny, single-track lane behind our property to unload at our garage and are in contact on the day to confirm the estimated time of delivery and then the driver calls to say he is 10-15 minutes away. Very highly recommended all round.
