I usually purchase several full pallets of briquettes annually from Bioglow Wood Fuels and have done so happily for several years without issue, I thoroughly recommend them.
Whenever I have cause to contact them directly I find them helpful & accommodating to my needs, their pricing is extremely competitive and their 3rd party courier drivers always oblige in delivering the pallet an extra 100ft or so from the stated 'kerbside drop' saving me much time and effort handballing the load into the house.
