Normally well pleased with product and service level. The quality of the product in my last order was not as good as normal.
In addition the pallet used for this (one ton) was not adequate. The wood broke and the pallet collapsed in the delivery lorry and this gave the driver problems with a heavy spilt pallet inside the lorry.
