Took a while getting a delivery from England to Northern Ireland (NI), but once it had arrived at the NI depot the delivery was very quick.
I did contact customer service a couple of times and the response was always helpful, informative and clear (thank you Gene).
Happy to use Bioglow anytime, great range of products (I use heatlogs), at a competive price and excellent customer service
