I have used biscuits ers several times and even done their decorating biscuit class however on this occasion they failed miserably
My daughters gift arrived five days after her birthday
I was told they allow five days now for royal mail to deliver but proceeded to post it the day before the date that I wanted it delivered by, their answer when I e mailed to query the non delivery was would I like a brochure of their products for future use!!
