I think that the tracking process that you use is not really the best for your customers. My order was placed on the 8th and I was told it would be delivered on the 10th. When it had not been delivered on the 10th I chased it up and was told it had just been sent .As it happened it was not delivered until the 13th but the tracking service only tells you when it is delivered so you don't know where it is until thenas opposed to other tracking services which tell you more about it's journey.
