I ordered a biscuit on 10th November to be delivered on 14th November. It arrived on 19th November.
It was meant to be a birthday ‘Thinking of you’ card for my cousin who had lost her husband a few days before her birthday. The ‘biscuit card’ arrived the day before her husbands funeral. The sentiment of the gesture was completely lost. Taking 10 days to get there.
Not great when you want something unusual as a nice surprise for someone on a certain day.
