The (wild birds) biscuits were all broken as they had come adrift from their adhesive. They also tasted a little stale, we thought. We've used Biscuiteers for presents before but now our confidence has taken a knock (it was fortunate that this was a gift between partners). We opted for a replacement, though the same design was not available. These came quickly but it's not the same when it's a couple of days after a birthday.
