The biscuits were a gift and the recipients were delighted with them. However, they were delivered a week later than promised, which was very disappointing and for the price wasn’t really acceptable.
I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic and things are running late, but that should’ve been taken into account before promising the delivery date at the order point.
