Had problems ordering two single biscuits and left an email. Richard replied on the Monday but I had managed to place two separate orders by then. However I rang to find out why postage for one order was more than the other for identical biscuits. Had to leave a message but nobody got back to me so I emailed again but no reply to that either. Not impressed with the service.
First recipient said biscuit looked lovely but hadn't tasted it yet.
