I am very disappointed with the way Francesca handled my corporate order. From the beginning I specifically asked for a delivery to be done before the 8th December since we needed the gift for our meeting on the 8th December. She first said it would come on the 8th or 9th December but when i told her that we need it before the 8th December she confirmed it will even arrive before or during the weekend before so between the 5th and 7th December. The result is that none of that happened. We received our gift only on the 8th December so it was too late for our meeting and not everyone received it that day. Because of her lack of transparency and because she didn't advise us well we missed our team activity ending with the opening of the gift. Because of that i will not order ever again from Biscuiteers for any further corporate event and I will spread the word within my company that we cannot rely on the customer service and especially Francesca.
