Biscuits lovely.
But due to a website error, with a time out which said "do not refresh as order may have been placed", and not actually refreshing, two identical orders were placed, and I was charged twice.
Biscuiteers say - "tough, not our fault" - according to their "Customer Happiness Team Member". Not even an offer of a partial credit for future use.
