Lovely biscuits, much appreciated by the recipient. Five stars for those! One glitch was that there was a sizeable additional charge to pay before DPD would deliver the parcel in Italy, though we'd already paid for Italian delivery! Please can biscuiteers sort this out, as it means we won't be inclined to use this service again until we know charges in advance. Not much of a present to land someone with an extra bill on the doorstep!
