Although I love supporting independent businesses - I was a bit disappointed with this order and do not think I would order through you again. When selling biscuits at a premium price, one would expect them to be pretty flawless. The one biscuit we paid an additional 5 pounds for to personalise was not in great shape and kind of defeats the point of giving it as a keepsake. I could have let it go if your customer service would have at least acknowledged my email about this, but alas.
