Website froze so logged back in again abd didn’t realise previous order still in basket. Contacted company within 15 minutes but they refused to edit my order, or to swap the duplicate out for another letterbox biscuit.
£17.95 poorer for 2 biscuits is something as a pensioner, I cannot afford. I would have thought at these prices a little flexibility could have been used. Shan’t be using this company again
