As always, the customer service is superb - when there was an issue with an international delivery I was contacted immediately and we worked together to ensure the package could be delivered conveniently. And as far as the divine delights delivered - each time I've sent a Biscuiteers gift package (and I've sent many!) the absolute glee it has engendered has been palpable.
