Selected the 12 Days of Christmas Collection for a friend and her family. On receipt of the biscuits, my friend immediately telephoned, enthusing about the presentation and quality of the collection. They were delivered in perfect condition and I, as the sender, was kept informed by email of the gift's progress prior to actual delivery - all as arranged in terms of the date. My friend said that it was the best present she had ever received. The member of staff to whom I spoke via the 'phone was professional, knowledgeable of the products available and friendly - full marks for service. An excellent company in terms of customer service and satisfaction - not forgetting, of course, the superb quality of the product.
