I ordered some last minute Christmas biscuits to arrive on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately one of the orders was not delivered until after Christmas even though I had paid for express delivery and it said it was guaranteed (hence the star deduction). However I can't fault the design and quality of Bicuiteers, and the website is lovely and easy to use. Just a shame about one of the deliveries.
