My friend was very happy with her birthday biscuit. Although I thought the delivery charges were high and the option for nominated delivery wasn't clear. Also when you're designing you biscuit it should make it clearer which box is for the icing for the biscuit and which box is the message to go in with the order, these should be next to each other to make it clearer.
