Contact by phone cannot be faulted, and service excellent. was completely unable to log in to account, and am still being emailed to ask me to complete order, but still unable to log in, even with new password sent by company. The biscuits were a gift for a birthday. I was promised delivery on the day of the birthday (Saturday for tea) but company badly let down by courier as they did not arrive until late Monday, so surprise spoilt and was very disappointed. However, the biscuits are fabulous, have been sent a photo and they look beautiful. My daughter had also been given some by my other daughter for Easter, and they were amazing - taste beautiful and decorations incredible and beautifully done. What talent. Am hoping my future dealings with the company will turn out to be easier than so far. My rating is done on the product - but with severe reservations about the rest.
