The biscuits and packaging are absolutely sublime, beautiful and a real treat. However, the website is very difficult and I've abandoned my last two orders as it just can't seem to get to the end without a hitch. It's my favourite pressie to send, and I'd use it often, but I don't have time to use a website which is so often confused. That's my only reason for not giving it 5* plus xx
