I ordered Happy Birthday biscuits for my nephew. They arrived on the right date and were very well received- everybody was very impressed by the presentation and quality of the biscuits. He loved them. Communications from the delivery company in the day were timely and clear - I had an email saying no-one was home and they'd been left with the neighbour. The one fairly sizeable flaw with that was they had been delivered to the wrong street! The name and address (including the postcode) on the package was correct - but that isn't where they were delivered! Fortunately the people who took them in were very honest and delivered them to my nephew later that day.
