Sadly the wrong biscuits were delivered. I ordered GF congratulations biscuits for a friend but she was sent normal thank you ones instead.
The customer experience in having the correct replacement ones sent out was fantastic - swift friendly responses and correct fast taken plus an apology voucher.
However sending out the wrong biscuits in the first place is a serious flaw in your customer model!
