I ordered a special gift for a young person in hospital. It arrived and was signed for at the hospital and then disappeared??? Never to be delivered to the poorly patient. Biscuiteers customer services team got on to the case and sorted it out and the gift arrived! What a great service and thank you so much Judith Matthews
