I found the website a little difficult to use - I was trying to register as a PA but I don't know whether it accepted that as I didn't get any acknowledgement. I also had a problem using the "£5 off your first order" voucher I was sent so ended up paying the full price. However when I emailed to ask about it, I received a refund of the £5 straight away and without any quibble. The biscuits were bought as a get well gift for a colleague after back surgery - to make a change from all the flowers! She said she "The tin alone is beautiful, and the contents, well I would love to say they are too pretty to eat, but you know me and my relationship with food, I couldn’t resist. That said I will be rationing myself as I want to savour the luxury of them."
