Recently ordered 2 large boxes of personalised chocolates, one arrived perfect and the other had a letter missing. Biscuiteers bent over backwards and then some to sort this out. Their Customer Service is even better than their products and that's saying something! I like a gift that's different and their biscuits and chocolates are not only delicious, look fantastic but are guaranteed to make the recipient smile. Perfect!
