I have ordered cakes from you on numerous occasions and always been absolutely delighted. Unfortunately on this occasion the cake looked delicious but not one person managed to eat their full piece of cake.. I am not sure how to describe it, it was very dense and quite dry definitely not up to your usual standard. Pretty hard going to try and eat
