Order a birthday present weeks in advance - however item wasn’t delivered on the chosen day.
It was also advertised as an item that ‘fitted through the letterbox’. However it doesn’t actually fit through the letter box, so when delivery was attempted a day later no one was home and the parcel couldn’t be delivered.
So three days after the recipients birthday - still no present and Royal Mail hasn’t tried to redeliver.
First time using this company and i won’t be a repeat customer.
