Very disappointed, ordered biscuits for Mother's Day and paid additional cost for Sunday delivery and Mother's Day personalisation. Biscuits did not arrive until Monday and there was no notification on the Sunday.
Very poor.
Despite offering to refund the delivery charge when I complained, I still have not received.
For a a very expensive and bespoke product, poor service.
