I was very happy with the quality of all the gifts I sent, both at Easter and recently for your 'revision' theme. However I believe I became a VIB member with my Easter orders and didn't realise this until I was offered it again with my more recent order! I therefore did not apply my 'free delivery' code to my recent orders. Would it be possible for these discounts to be offered automatically to members? I receive emails which I'd assumed wee targeted to me, so could any order made in response not therefore include an automatic discount? Perhaps it's a technical or security issue - in which case the emails should include an entry challenge to sign in or register before an order is possible. Thanks!
