The biscuits were beautiful and so were the boxes they came in. They were a gift to my parents who loved them as well. The biscuits were supposed to come one day but I got an email to say it couldn't come that day so I sent an email to Biscuiteers and they apologised and sent me a £10 credit, which I think was excellent customer service and were very helpful to me.
