The lid of the tin was damaged. They offered to send a replacement which was not forthcoming. Contacted them only to find that this tin was no longer available. This was a gift from my sister so did not like to tell her it was damaged. They now offer my sister a 50% discount voucher. This does not solve the problems as I am left with a damaged lid, probably soft biscuits and why would my sister want to buy anymore when the customer service is so appalling and damaged goods. Don’t deal with this company as customer service non exsistant and not at all helpful. I have offered to return the biscuits but asked for a returns label, but this has not been forthcoming. Hopeless company . I shall report to trading standards and other appropriate agencies
