Your website is not user friendly. Each time I send biscuits I have to delete the address of the previous recipient. Then I get an email to ME headed Dear Fred/Ethel (or whoever I’ve sent them to). “Your biscuits have been delivered”. It should say Dear Nicola, Your biscuits have been delivered to Fred/Ethel etc.
