The products are great and the person I got the box for as a gift loved them. But the service and ambiance in the Battersea shop doesn’t live up to the brand. Maybe I caught the team on a bad day – towards the end of the trading day on a Sunday. But they seemed largely disinterested and more focussed on chatting to each other.
