Really great service, amazingly easy to order at such short notice, and of course a beautiful product that can't fail but make the recipient smile.
My only gripe is that when these are usually ordered as gifts, it's slightly poor form to enclose a catalogue, thereby instantly giving away exactly what was spent and somehow just generally detracting from the magic and uniqueness of what's just arrived...
But otherwise all great, thank you.
