Usually I cannot fault Biscuiteers, the biscuits are well presented and make perfect gifts. On this occasion, however, I sent a gift to a friend in mid-August 2019. She informed me that it tasted weird & when she checked the best before date, it said Janaury 2019! So disappointed that these biscuits would even be around to send to people, 7 months later!
I've received quick customer service support when I complained & another is being delivered, but it has put me off using this company for future gifts.
